I prepared one substantial web resource for this course – a sort of first-principles look (a rational reconstruction, if you will) of the development of general relativity founded upon differential geometry. I hadn’t posted this during the actual process of the course, but I’m archiving it here for posterity.
The slides I presented are available here, and the handout which has the better part of my lecture written out on it is here. It’s built from the following three TeX files: slides.tex, slides-notes.tex, and slides-pres.tex.
